Privacy Policy
What BunnyQuant stores about you, why, and how to get rid of it. Short, because the product collects little.

What we collect
Your email address, because it is your account. Nothing else is required to sign up.
Optional profile details you choose to set: display name, language, timezone.
The tickers you follow on your watchlist, and the settings attached to each — market, timeframe, lookback.
Daily usage counters — how many analyses you ran today — because plans have limits and we have to count against them.
Billing records when you subscribe: Stripe's customer and subscription identifiers, the plan, and the billing period. Card numbers never reach our servers; Stripe holds them.
A note on manually granted plans, recording who approved it and what evidence was supplied, so an account with unusual access can be explained later.
What we do not collect
No analytics SDK, no advertising identifier, no third-party tracker, no cross-site profiling. The app contains none.
No location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or health data.
No brokerage connection. BunnyQuant cannot see your positions, your balance or your trades, and cannot place an order. It analyses instruments, not accounts.
Who else processes it
Supabase — authentication and the database.
Stripe — payments. They receive your email and billing details; we receive their identifiers back.
Resend — transactional email only: password resets, account notices. No marketing without a separate opt-in.
Market data providers (Yahoo Finance for global instruments, VCI/Vietcap for Vietnam) receive the ticker being analysed. They are not told who asked.
Servers are in Helsinki, Finland.
How long we keep it
Account data lives as long as the account does.
Usage counters are kept for the current period and a short window after it, so quota disputes can be settled.
Billing records are retained as long as tax and accounting rules require, even after an account is deleted. That is the one category deletion does not remove.
Deleting your account
Account → Delete account in the app removes it immediately. Your profile, watchlist and usage history go, and you are signed out.
If a paid subscription is still running, the app asks you to cancel it first. That is deliberate: cancelling somebody's plan as a side effect of a delete button is not a decision we will make on your behalf.
You can also email drnamlabs@gmail.com from the address on the account and we will do it for you within 30 days.
It cannot be undone, and it does not remove the billing records described above.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at drnamlabs@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect, we will say so by email before it takes effect.
